Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders ship usually within 24 hours from receipt of payment. We ship Tuesday to Friday.
The Scrapbook Store is unable to accept responsibility for lost / missing packages sent via normal letter post. Our standard service includes tracking and a signature. Should you ask for your parcel to be left where there is no one at home we will not accept responsibility for parcels that go missing.

Logging in each time you visit our site ensures your shopping cart will be saved for you to return to at a later date. We do offer Guest checkout.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss. Any costs associated with returning incorrectly ordered products will be borne by the customer.
All items made available for sale are brand new and packed carefully. If for some reason there is damage during transport please contact us to arrange a return or replacement product. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the products available on the website however occasionally a product may be unavailable when you have ordered and paid. Should this occur we refund you the cost of this missing item immediately.
In the event of a faulty item please contact us as soon as practical & we will arrange a refund or replacement (where available). Refunds will be made back to your original method of payment ie Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay or Cash In Store. Alternatively you can opt to receive a credit applied to your for use it the future.

When an item is missing it is not always practical to contact the customer regarding a replacement/substitute item. Where practical we will make contact & offer you a substitution or refund.
