Once you have placed an order with The Scrapbook Store you will receive a confirmation of the order & a Tax Invoice.

Registering an account & logging in each time you visit our site ensures your shopping cart will be saved for you to return to at a later date. 

Subscribing to our newsletter, following our social media posts on Instagram & Facebook keep you up to date with the latest promotions and new stock arrivals. We also share the latest instore classes via these avenues. 

Failure to make payment of an order within 3 business days will result in your order being cancelled. In the event that failure to pay occurs a second time your account will be supended. This is both for your security and ours.

We do not offer international shipping/orders.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss. Any costs associated with returning incorrectly ordered products will be borne by the customer.

All items made available for sale are brand new and packed carefully, if for some reason there is damage during transport please contact us to arrange a return or replacement product.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the products available on the website however occasionally a product may be unavailable when you have ordered and paid. Should this occur we will refund you the cost of this missing item immediately.
